Quality assurance standards and institutional voucher evaluation procedures.

1. Scientific Quality Commitment

Verdant Botanicals LLC stands behind the analytical accuracy and taxonomic integrity of all monographs, chromatograms, and physical vouchers distributed by our laboratory. If an institutional recipient identifies a discrepancy in chromatography data or physical specimen integrity within thirty (30) calendar days, our laboratory will provide a complimentary re-assay or replacement voucher.

2. Evaluation Protocols

• Physical Herbarium Vouchers: Uncompromised, sealed reference jars may be returned for re-examination if transport seals remain intact;
• Digital Assay Datasets: If raw CSV or CDF chromatographic data files are corrupt, updated files are regenerated immediately;
• Academic Consultations: If a scheduled clinical or botanical consultation does not address the stated research scope, a follow-up session with Dr. Vance is scheduled at no additional cost.
